It is with sumptuous pleasure that Kohinoor Kitchen brings you the Thali® range of Indian simmer sauces. The Thali® range of sauces is the creation of accomplished restaurateur Harry Sandhu, who owns and manages several excellent award-winning Indian restaurants in Australia.

Thali® refers to a particular presentation of the best in traditional Indian cuisine ….. tantalising curries, relishes, curds, breads and rice, all served beautifully in a specially designed dish called a thali. The diversity of Indian cuisine, its regional variations from North India to South India, mouthwatering tastes and aroma are all captured in the Thali® sauces.

Thali® sauces feature the essence of the combined culinary skills of leading chefs in Indian food who also meticulously supervise the proportions and production processes in modern manufacturing facilities in Perth, Australia with HACCP certification.

Thali® sauces are made with natural ingredients – we do not use artificial flavours or preservatives. All Thali® products are Halal Certified, Gluten Free with No Additives.
