Balti simmer sauce is a medium hot and spicy curry from North India which takes its name from the pot in which this dish is traditionally cooked and served. The addition of whole cumin and coriander seeds gives it a unique flavour. Ideal preparation for beef, lamb and chicken.
Jhal Frezi simmer sauce is a tomato based sauce that originates from North India. It contains capsicums, and has a rich, yet delicate hint of garlic and ginger. Ideal preparation for chicken and seafood curries, but may also be used with other meats.
Korma is a mild and creamy simmer sauce that originates from North India.
It has a very distinctive silky, rich flavor which many

Rogan Josh simmer sauce is a tomato/red pepper based dish that originates from North India. It is traditionally cooked with lamb, but the sauce may also be used with other meats and vegetables.
Tikka Masala simmer sauce is a medium spicy preparation which is aromatic and flavoursome. The combination of cloves, coriander, onions and tomatoes makes it a thick sauce which is ideal for use with all meats.
Vindaloo simmer sauce is a hot and spicy blend which has its origins in Goa, and dates back to when the Portuguese were in India. The spices, chillies and vinegar provide a sharp and unique taste that is ideally suited to pork and beef, but the sauce may also be used with other meats.
